The Clients of this new home were relocating from the East Coast and looking for a place in the Texas Hill Country to establish a “central retreat” for their extended family members. Located in the Golf Course of Cordillera Ranch outside of Boerne Texas. The new home sits upon a gently sloping site rising up 25' from the street to the back of the property with small plateaus midway up the site. The unique Courtyard home offers an entry Courtyard approach greeting guests. The main design feature of the home is the uniquely placed living room with the all glass living room extending the indoor/outdoor connected main courtyard directly to the cantilevered deck offering dramatic raised views to the Golf Course.
